Saturday was pretty nice for January in Canada!
A small long period swell combined with a very low tide produced about 3 hours of perfect little peelers for the longboard crowd. We're applying the final mods to our new Coldfire boots today, so the hiking over the razor sharp barnacles was a great "final test" before full production.

This has been a week full of STOKE!
We made the official press release for the new surfing drysuit last Friday, always a halleluiah moment after many years working on a new product. Initial response has been phenomenal, with primary questions focused on price and availability ( the new website must be doing a good job answering the tech questions on the surf dry concept). Most are surprised that the price is coming in comparable to a high end hooded cold water surf wetsuit !
With the first batch of production surf dry drysuits heading out the end of this month we’re bracing for the revolution!

Happy New Year!!

Hello All,

On behalf of Ocean Rodeo, I would like to wish everyone a Safe, Prosperous and Happy New Year. I am nearing the completion of my first week as Ocean Rodeo's new Customer Service Rep and look forward to meeting and working with all of you soon. I know everyone in the office is very excited and dancing with anticipation for what we have in store for 2007.

The feedback we've been receiving on our 2007 Kites and gear has been that of utter elation. And we already have everything in stock! Including our killer clothing line. Check it out at our website if you haven't already seen it.

I can't wait to get out on the water myself....until then...keep on trucking!!
