Gear: 11m XPD & Mako King

highly rotored winds near shore used up every bit of range and backstall resistance, but the fight to get out paid off with some really powerfull storm winds and steep short period chop. spent most of the time beating way upwind until I found a groups of organized waves then whipped myself into those skate parks and carved some sweet turns.

Gear: Various Kites, Mako Wide, Session & NPX Zealot

Another gusty session laden with huge holes followed by gusts that permitted much shredding of the gnar. Tried a few 7m Airush Vapors and a 12m LF C (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQ12qYVv8LQ). The newer Vapor was excellent while the other 2 had their issues. Really missed my Ocean Rodeo 10m today... I just wanted to cry but friends were there to offer gear & beer. 8)

Windy

W 20kts w/ gusts to 30kts. Had to even use a bit of depower at times. Kite is fubar'd with a LE bladder and seam burst right at the end of the session. Doesn't really matter though - what an intense session. Really would have felt more comfortable on an 8 or 6, or at least a smaller board. Damn good times!
