I need an 09 OR Rise. But most effective size? I’m guessing 12m?

BTW I’m 190lbs. Winds are regularly 11 - 14kts gusting to 20kts. Can be much stronger but not too often. In the water I’m an intermediate on a OR Mako Wide 150x40. On snow I’m advanced and kite will used for this application. Need quick response steering with constant pull to carve nice heel to toe arcs, rotations, flips, etc…

Any help is greatly appreciated, pulling the trigger this week.

If it is under 20 kts. I would go for a 14 meters. I weight 210 pounds and I use the 14m from 14 to 20 kts.

Hmm.. I just got a 14 Rise for the mentioned wind range and I’m 68 kg.
Consider a 16 or 14, 12 will be too small.

In my opinion, you don’t need the 16 if you are 190 lbs. Go with the 14…or maybe even the 12 if you have the Mako 150 Wide.

09s over the 08s I imagine?

(LOL) Just wish listed an 08 quiver of Rises in 8/12/16 (b grade) for $1883. Hard to ignore. 8)

i was in windance not long ago and they had a ton of 08 rise kites for cheap. dave can hook you up!
