I’ve watched almost all of Rodeo Clown’s clips and really enjoy them.  I live in Portland and I am thinking about making the treak north sometime this winter.  Is there a site that’s pretty reliable in terms of forecasting if its going to be worthy of kiting or do you have to be there when it happens and just go?

I’ve been riding for several years and feel entirely comfortable with everything I’ve seen on the videos.  My favorite board is my Mako 150 wide by-the-way.

I use this site a lot for predicting wind in b-ham and here in seattle.
These frontal winds can really jack up in the bay so always bring the gorge gear if its nuke’n.

Check with these guys at the marina for local knowlege on the lauches and conditions.
