I have been using this bar, 3 weeks in brasil kait 3/4 hour’s every day.
But in the end i felt the kait had a tendency to stall a bit especially in loops.
Then a measured the lines, and its quit stretched, don’t you think?
Been riding for some years, different brands. But i have never seen this.
I ride the razor 9m and my weight is 75kg
you should apply at least 20kg tension on the lines and then compare. I’m not saying your lines aren’t off, but it starts with a good measurement. Looking forward to help you out!
I have switch the front whit the back lines, that will stretched them out
At first i was thinking of just taking it in on the depower rope, just make a knot further in, that would work?
haha not sure if that’s the way to go about it. Most important is to have the front lines equal by maximum 1 cm. Unequal back lines can be annoying but they won’t change the way the kite flies.
To compare the front lines put you chicken loop around something fixed an pull hard at the connection loops at the end. Now you can see how different they are.
When, like in you suggest in your case, the front lines are stretched, just use the trimming cleat to correct.
Now i been out with my Razor12m, 4 times, and my senter lines has streched so much that i had to tak inn about 15cm on the depower rope to get them equal.
Dont like this at all, please addvise
