Front line swivel back-up.

The front line swivel back up loop is simple to install, and will keep you
riding with confidence until your replacement front line swivel arrives. If
you don't have access to a suitable line to make this loop, contact Ocean

Step 1

Cut a piece of 3mm spectra line to 7.5" (19cm) in length to create your
"back up line". Use a lighter or match to light melt the cut ends to stop
fraying.

Step 2

Locate the front line swivel assembly.

Step 3

Thread the "back-up line" through the 2 stainless O-rings found at each end of the swivel.

Step 4

Loop the ends of the "back-up line" together to create a loop. Tie the loose
ends together using a reef knot or similar strong non slip knot. Make sure the knot is pulled tight.

Step 5

Back-up line with knot tied tight and ready for use.
